Manufacturing Technique

Our manufacturing technique differs from traditional jewellery fabrication in that all of our "findings" or components are produced exclusively by press tool or "coining" methods. This provides for high output, and a continuity in quality accross the entire range. All of our individual tools are developed, engineered and maintained on site with an emphasis on manufacturing automation utilising digitised and pnuematic applications where possible. The benefits to press tool manufacturing are numerous including: 

• Extremely fine tolorances of material thicknesses for continuity in individual article weights.
• Clean and rapid production processes.  
• Atmospheric controlled heat treating, annealing and soldering processes.
